THE OPPORTUNITY:
Marketing matters here at Lakeshirts and visuals are at the heart of how we tell our story. From product photography to scroll-stopping content, we use imagery, design, and emerging tools like AI to show why Life's Better in a T-Shirt.
We're looking for an Image & Content Creation Specialist to help create, refine, and elevate our visual content across channels. A core part of this role is ensuring our product imagery is consistently high quality and on brand, from precise image clipping to accurate color correction that brings our products to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in the details and thrives in both execution and creation. Beyond production, we're looking for someone who brings an additional creative capability to the team, whether that's photography, video, design, or AI driven content creation, and can contribute to content, storytelling, and new ideas across channels.
Throughout the year, the role will flex based on business needs. During key seasons the focus will be on high volume image production and image team support, which is the primary focus, and at other times it will shift toward broader content creation and experimentation. We are also actively exploring how AI can enhance our workflows, and this role will help push that forward.
You'll work across marketing channels including social, email, catalogs, and sales tools, helping turn great products into compelling visual stories that support engagement and sales. This role partners with the broader marketing team to create and adapt visual content across channels, supporting both ongoing needs and seasonal initiatives. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Pay: $17-$18.50/hr

Lakeshirts is a custom apparel decorating company that started in our owner’s parents’ basement in 1984. We have since grown to an $200 million+ company in a 275,000 square foot facility. Our production floor includes 48 automatic screenprint presses, 32 multi-head embroidery machines, six 60-foot laser appliqué bridges, three sublimation presses, and a number of dogs running around the place.
Lakeshirts sales continue to grow, as does its profitability, due to the hard work and continuous improvement efforts of its 500+ employees and over 60 nation-wide reps.
Lakeshirts provides decorated apparel to thousands of customers in the resort and college markets, being a preferred choice to customers based on its breadth of great designs, great garments in its inventory, and reliable and responsive delivery.
With more than 40 artists on our staff, we create thousands of pieces of art each year, giving each customer a unique look. We have over 100 bodystyles in stock, and each one comes in a multitude of colors, totaling more than 1,000,000 pieces in our inventory.
