IM Lead (Sizewell C)
Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis, with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £75,000k - £80,000k dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: up to 10% annual bonus.
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.
Sizewell C is entering an exciting phase of growth as we mature into an independent organisation and continue building one of the UK’s largest and most important energy projects.
About the Role
As the IM Lead, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and assuring the Information Management strategy for Sizewell C, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
About You
Essential:
Proven experience in an Information Management leadership role on large, complex projects.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management standards.
Experience operating in highly regulated environments (e.g. nuclear, energy, infrastructure, rail).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence and drive compliance across multi-partner delivery models.
Desirable:
Knowledge of UK nuclear regulatory requirements and information governance.
Familiarity with CDE platforms and digital delivery environments.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. IM, BIM, Digital Construction).
