Puesto de trabajo: Auxiliar Control de accesos Institución social de ámbito nacional
Responsabilidades: Atención al usuario, atención telefónica, recepción de paquetería, control de rondas, recepción de correos.
Funciones:
Atención al Usuario: dar información a los usuarios y solventar cualquier incidencia que tengan.
Recepción de llamadas.
Recepción de paquetería.
Control de rondas: Apertura y cierre del edificio, encender o apagar los aires, encender o apagar las luces, comprobar que estás todas las puertas cerradas …
Recepción de correos: donde se les indicarán las salas que están ocupadas y alguna función que tengan que realizar.
Tipo de contrato: Fomento (1 año + 2 prórrogas de un año cada una de ellas)
