Job Description

Desde ILUNION LIMPIEZA seleccionamos PERSONAL MANTENIMIENTO (H/M/D) para una residencia situada en Amorebieta (Bizkaia)

Funciones: mantenimimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos y las instalaciones del centro

  • Inspecciones regulares: Revisión sistemática del estado y rendimiento de los equipos.
  • Calibración y ajustes: Puesta a punto de los componentes para garantizar su precisión y eficiencia.
  • Sustitución programada: Cambio de piezas con un ciclo de vida útil estimado antes de que lleguen a romperse.
  • Actualizaciones: Instalación de parches de seguridad y mejoras en sistemas informáticos.
  • Diagnóstico de fallos: Identificación del origen de la avería o el problema funcional.
  • Reparación o sustitución: Arreglo de la pieza defectuosa o cambio total por un componente nuevo.
  • Restauración del sistema: Devolver al equipo sus condiciones técnicas, mecánicas o de software originales.
  • Gestión de emergencias: Respuesta rápida ante paradas inesperadas para minimizar el impacto en la producción

Horario de lunes a viernes (30h/semana)
