Las funciones a realizar consisten en conocer e informar del estado, tipo y situación de las habitaciones. Realizar el registro de clientes, asignándoles habitación y procediendo al bloqueo de las habitaciones reservadas. Realizar el check-in y el check-out al cliente. Realizar la facturación del cliente, incluyendo los servicios prestados por otros departamentos y que se centralizan en Recepción. Realizar labores de auditoría propias del departamento.
En cuanto a los requisitos, se requiere una experiencia de entre 1 y 3 años. Se valorará formación en Turismo. Es necesario disponer de un certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33 %. Nivel alto de Inglés.
