Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Service calls and RMA processes ,systems and tools
• Define and manage Service’s KPI’s
• Coordinate company’s resources for achieving SLA commitments
• Manage sales administration activities

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience (RMA, SLAs, Service) with complex hardware products
• Experience as a large programs ILS program manager
• Experience from defense companies – advantage
• A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
• Knowledge in providing technical support and product maintenance life-cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of English verbal and written
