Position ILS-Manager

Tasks:
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of ILS elements/LSA management following contract conclusion and within projects,
- ILS requirements management, preparation of reports/analysis of results, including the collection of necessary data as a basis for analysis, and the documentation of knowledge and experience
- Supporting departmental management, the project manager or the sales team in the preparation of tenders
- Preparation of technical and logistical concepts, plans and control documents
- Ensuring continuous LSA data maintenance and quality management in logistical databases
- Support with configuration management (KM), including the KM plan (KMP)
- Support with obsolescence management (OM), including the OM plan (OMP)
- Assisting with the collection of field data
- Attending information meetings, specialist working groups, and planning and scheduling meetings
- Corresponding with internal/external specialist units/departments, subcontractors and clients
- Representing the organisation and presenting results to programme/project management and to regulatory authorities
- Requesting technical documentation from the client/subcontractor, as well as checking and assessing the required documentation and regulations for completeness and suitability for use
- Commissioning and supervising the relevant departments (ILS managers, logistics engineers, technical writers, graphic designers, QA/proofreaders)
- Participation in internal planning, scheduling and progress meetings
Requirements:
- A degree or vocational qualification with further training as a technician in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field
- 1 year's professional experience in the fields of ILS/LSA
- 1 year's professional experience in one of the following areas: mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, shipbuilding, electrical engineering, electronics or a comparable field
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Confident manner, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, strong communication skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
