Dialysis RN – Join Our Deaconess Team!
Location: Deaconess Illinois Medical Center Marion Illinois
Pay: $35.00-$42.50/hr + shift incentives & potential performance bonus

This is a PRN Days position to help support the Dialysis Unit.

Deaconess Illinois Medical Center is seeking compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic renal failure. Join our collaborative hospital team and make a difference every day in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis, monitoring vitals and labs
  • Operate and manage dialysis equipment for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or CRRT
  • Administer and monitor dialysis-related medications
  • Educate patients and families on treatment, diet, and lifestyle management
  • Respond to emergencies and complications during dialysis treatments
  • Document care accurately and maintain strict infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Current RN license
  • BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 1-year clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and emotional stability
