A Brief Overview
The Director of Finance directs the financial and other facility activities in accordance with defined hospital policies and objectives. Responsibilities include management of financial analysts and other departments as assigned, allocation of resources, and preparation of the annual budget. Position serves as the liaison to system departments including, but not limited to, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Case Management, Internal Audit, and Supply Chain. Functions in an active leadership role and as a member of the hospital leadership team. The Director of Finance is responsible to the Market CFO or Hospital CAO in markets with no CFO.

Pay Range: $43.48 - $65.22
