Als IKEA for Business Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van de commerciële doelstellingen van IKEA for Business in Delft. Je begrijpt de behoeften van zakelijke klanten en vertaalt deze naar concrete commerciële kansen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en combineer je commercieel inzicht met mensgericht leiderschap.
Je creëert duidelijkheid en vertrouwen, geeft collega's de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zorgt ervoor dat het team zich gesteund voelt, ook tijdens veranderingen.

Je krijgt tegelijkertijd de ruimte om je werkzaamheden zelfstandig te organiseren, afgestemd op de behoeften van de winkel.
