Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy and Innovation, and partnering closely with the Strategic Initiatives Lead, the ideal candidate is agile, curious, unafraid to try new ideas and to innovate, and enthusiastic about the possibilities of AI for commercial strategy and analytics. They stay current on AI trends broadly and as they take shape across healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, and keep close to AI work underway across Pfizer, drawing connections and finding synergies between ongoing initiatives to bring both perspectives back to the team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working amid ambiguity and coordinating cross-functionally as well as passionate about bringing new capabilities to bear and have the standing to drive the initiatives they own. They will partner across SC IIS and with cross-functional groups including AIA, Forecasting, and Market Research Excellence, and bring the collaborative orientation, strong communication, and follow-through that let a fast-moving function rely on them. The secondment offers direct exposure to how a commercial analytics function adapts its work to AI, visibility with IIS and GCA leadership, and the opportunity to shape capabilities that scale across Specialty Care and beyond.
