【職務內容】
1. 專案資訊系統建置與基礎架構規劃：協同執行專案資訊系統的建置，參與資訊基礎架構（infra）的規劃與設計，確保系統穩定性與效能達成專案需求。
2. 客戶機房規劃與資訊管理服務：協助客戶完成機房的規劃、建置與維運工作，提供全面的資訊管理服務（IT Managed Service），確保機房運作效率與穩定性。
3. 多元設備技術服務支援：負責多種設備的服務支援，包括零售收銀系統（POS）、多媒體資訊與自助服務機（ibon/Kiosk）、網路設備、PC與周邊設備、印表機、車站閘門、金融終端設備及存摺印字機等，確保設備正常運作。
4. 資訊設備故障排除與復原：針對客戶資訊設備進行硬體故障排除，進行異常分析並快速修正問題，確保設備穩定運行及問題即時解決。
5. 專案文件管理與維運支援：協助專案建置與維運作業的文件彙整與管理，確保相關資料完整性與可追溯性，提升專案執行效率與品質。
