Job Description

General Summary:

The IHQ Heme Digital Platform Associate Director is assists in the development, execution, and optimization of customer facing digital capabilities used by commercial teams to engage patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and payers. This role will work with commercial teams, information technology, multiple vendors and agencies to help ensure the organization's processes, personnel, budget, and platforms are operating effectively to support the commercial business needs across all geographies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Functions as International product owner for major Heme digital platforms, including Vertex Connects Portal
  • Assists in identifying current and future gaps in the commercial organization's ability to engage customers through digital channels such as websites, emails, and social media
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize digital capability programs and establish aligned roadmaps to meet prioritized needs
  • Ensures roles and responsibilities are clearly documented and communicated to ensure effective delivery of digital programs
  • Creates, executes, and communicates performance management plans to continuously improve the digital operating model
  • Identifies and manages external agencies and vendors supporting digital programs
  • Supports the growth of digital skills throughout the commercial organization

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Developing, launching, and optimizing digital programs
  • Managing internal and external partner relationships
  • Measurement of digital programs
  • Web content management
  • Advanced skills in digital program budget development and management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • Typically requires 8 years of work experience leading the delivery of customer facing digital programs to promote products and services to external customers, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Flex Designation:

Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site Eligible

Flex Eligibility Status:

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
