IGT-S CLV Commercial Activation Manager Europe

We have an exciting opportunity for an IGT-S CLV Commercial Manager Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of CLV across Europe for IGT Fixed and Mobile systems, where CLV consists of Technology Maximizer and Field Extensions.

You will act as a key European commercial partner to Zone Business Leaders, Service Business Leaders, Service Marketing, and local Sales, Service, and Clinical Application organizations, working with the European IGT leadership team to ensure consistent execution, scalable growth, and effective translation of CLV strategy into measurable field performance.

The IGT-S CLV Commercial Manager Europe reports to the Head of Image Guided Therapy Europe. Location: Amsterdam.

Your role:

  • Drive European CLV business performance across IGT Systems (Fixed & Mobile), where CLV consists of Technology Maximizer and Field Extensions
  • Own European funnel development and performance tracking for Technology Maximizer and Field Extensions across the installed base
  • Establish and maintain performance governance, including forecasting discipline, funnel reviews, and regular business follow-up with zones
  • Lead the development and execution of European commercial campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate CLV growth
  • Enable and challenge zones in customer value selling, deal development, and commercial positioning of lifecycle solutions
  • Translate Service Marketing and Product Marketing strategy into consistent and scalable commercial execution across Europe
  • Lead the European CLV community, driving best-practice sharing, capability development, and continuous performance improvement
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Success Management by enabling structured lifecycle engagement and upgrade pathways across the installed base
  • Partner closely with the IGT Service Business Leader Europe to ensure alignment between commercial growth ambitions and operational delivery capabilities
  • Provide performance insights, business analysis, and recommendations to the European IGT leadership team
  • Drive continuous improvement of CLV sales processes, funnel discipline, and commercial excellence across zones

Success in this role is reflected in the maturation of the CLV value proposition across Europe, driving consistent commercial execution, improved financial results, and sustainable growth of the CLV business.This role focuses on commercial performance, funnel creation, and governance. Operational delivery, planning, and service execution remain within the Service organization.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You have strong experience in commercial roles within healthcare, MedTech, or medical equipment environments, preferably involving installed‑base or lifecycle solutions – IGT is required, Experience within IGT (equipment and service is a must)
  • You bring a proven track record in F2F sales cross clinical areas. Business development, commercial excellence, with demonstrated and measurable business impact is key.
  • You have experience operating in a European matrix organization, working effectively across zones and functions
  • You possess a solid understanding of installed base management, lifecycle propositions, and service‑related commercial models
  • You are able to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority, and work effectively across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Clinical organizations
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, with hands‑on experience in forecasting, funnel management, performance tracking, and business reviews, with experience in customer relation management and install based tools.
  • You demonstrate clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder management skills at both operational and leadership levels
  • You are comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on execution level, translating strategy into tangible field results
