Job Description

The Ignite Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through direct community engagement, canvassing, event participation, and customer outreach. This role serves as the first point of contact between prospective customers and Trinity Total Home, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling appointments for Solar Consultants. The Ignite Representative is expected to represent Trinity Total Home professionally, build rapport with potential customers, and consistently achieve lead generation goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants through door-to-door canvassing, community outreach, retail events, and other approved marketing activities.

· Educate homeowners on Trinity Total Home products, services, and the benefits of renewable energy solutions.

· Maintain a professional and positive representation of the Trinity Solar brand in all customer interactions.

· Accurately collect and record customer information using company-provided technology and systems.

· Follow established sales and lead generation processes to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

· Attend team meetings, training sessions, and development programs as required.

· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals and performance metrics.

· Work collaboratively with sales leadership and Solar Consultants to maximize appointment conversion rates.

· Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends.

· Comply with all company policies, safety requirements, and local solicitation regulations.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.

· Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers in a variety of settings.

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Basic proficiency with mobile applications, tablets, and CRM systems.

· Ability to meet performance goals in a fast-paced sales environment.

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, or lead generation experience preferred but not required.

· Experience working in a goal-oriented environment is preferred.

· Bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to walk, stand, and travel throughout assigned neighborhoods or event locations for extended periods.

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times.

· Ability to use a tablet, smartphone, and other mobile devices throughout the workday.

· Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in person and by phone.

Compensation


$17.50 - $17.50 / hr plus commission
