IGCSE English Teacher for Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary School International Section

AKES, T is seeking for a qualified and passionate English Teacher with proven experience teaching IGCSE English in an international school setting. The successful candidate will inspire students, deliver high‑quality instruction, and consistently support strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English across IGCSE curriculum ensuring effective curriculum delivery and progression.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Assess, track, and report student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning.
  • Prepare students thoroughly for internal and external assessments and examinations.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom learning environment.
  • Contribute to departmental planning, moderation, and school academic initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
