As an iGaming Product Manager, you will take ownership of enhancing and evolving our product. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Developing and implementing the product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
• Analyzing industry trends and competitors to ensure the product remains competitive in the iGaming sector.
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams
• Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact
• Ensuring proper localization of the product, including content, UX/UI, payment methods, deposit and withdrawal limits, mobile apps, game play, bonuses, etc
• Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/ Gambling industry
• Knowledge of the English language B2 level and fluent knowledge of the Russian language

• Data analytics skills

• Market and competitive analysis

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
