IG Sales Executive

Territory: Miami, FL

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow referral networks among neurology specialists.
• Identify new business opportunities within your territory and strategically grow market share.
• Build long-term relationships with providers, health systems, and key opinion leaders.
• Represent the voice of the customer — sharing insights and feedback that shape service offerings and patient care strategies.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless referral processing and a smooth patient experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed referral, revenue, and client satisfaction goals.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven success in specialty pharmacy or infusion services.
• Experience selling to physicians, health systems, and specialty practices.
• Strong business development skills and a track record of meeting growth targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and think strategically.
