We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IFS Principal Consultant – Finance to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of finance solutions within the IFS ERP platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in finance processes, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to assess, identify, and develop solutions to meet their Finance-based business needs in IFS ERP software platform.
- Configure IFS ERP software to match specific client requirements for optimal performance.
- Conduct IFS ERP solution presentations, solution training and solution testing.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to customers to ensure successful implementation and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & project delivery team to ensure delivery of customer projects on assigned deadlines and within the budget.
- Provide customers with ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure the continued success of the implemented ERP system.
- Continuously develop deep expertise in IFS ERP software functionality, staying abreast of new features and best practices.
- Collaborate with customers & their teams in a professional manner to achieve project success.
- An academic background with a bachelor's degree in finance or any other relevant discipline.
- 15+ Years of prior experience and a proven track record of successful completion of implementing IFS ERP in Finance domain.
- A profound interest in how systems can support business processes, preferably you have been involved in ERP implementation projects or upgrades, either on the customer side or vendor side.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team of business stakeholders, technical implementation consultants and finance leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service and support.
