The IFS Administrator supports the Individual Financial Services division by managing day-to-day advisor administration, client service requests, new business processing, and carrier follow-up. This role is responsible for keeping client and advisor files moving efficiently from request or application through completion, while maintaining accurate records, clean documentation, and timely communication with advisors, clients, carriers, and internal teams.
The role is administrative and operational in nature. It is designed to reduce friction for advisors, improve client responsiveness, and ensure that service requests, new business submissions, contracting requirements, and follow-up items are handled accurately and without unnecessary delay.

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - 60,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
