Job responsibility Phạm vi công việc

· Prepare data (include extracting local accounting transactions data, expense driver data from policy admin system/ collect data from Actuary team/ Finance team etc) for IFRS17 expense allocation as required timeline, validate and ensure correctness of data.

Chuẩn bị dữ liệu đầu vào cho công cụ phân bổ chi phí IFRS17 theo lịch báo cáo, kiểm tra tính chính xác của dữ liệu (bao gồm dữ liệu giao dịch kế toán IFRS4, nhân tố phân bổ chi phí từ hệ thống / các phòng ban liên quan vv)

· Reconcile transactions with other IFRS17 ETL components input data (ETL4/ETL5) to ensure accuracy and minimize errors before the run. Work closely with IT team to run ETL. Follow-up on solution if any errors occur.

Phân tích dữ liệu giao dịch kế toán và đối chiếu với dữ liệu đầu vào của các cấu phần ETL IFRS17 để giảm thiểu sai sót và đảm bảo tính chính xác trước khi vận hành. Phối hợp với phòng IT để chạy các cấu phần. Theo sát tiến độ/ đề xuất giải pháp nếu có sai sót xảy ra.

· Validate IFRS17 expense results across ETL components using automation tools and update status/resolution to manager.

Phân tích và kiểm tra kết quả phân bổ chi phí được đẩy vào các cấu phần của IFRS17 bằng việc sử dụng các công cụ tự động, và cập nhật tình hình với quản lý.

· Analyze change in design for Day 2 (change after Go-live) and work closely with Regional Office to ensure the required update is reflected correctly at LBU, support testing for updates.

Phân tích thay đổi giải pháp và phối hợp với VP Khu vực để đảm bảo điều chỉnh tương ứng những thay đổi này vào hệ thống của LBU, thực hiện thử nghiệm để kiểm tra những thay đổi này.

· Perform IFRS17 Expense Study and reflect the change in production.

Thực hiện Phân tích chi phí cho IFRS17 và thể hiện những thay đổi này vào cấu phần giải pháp phân bổ chi phí IFRS17.

· Support on further analysis on other data/reports when assigned by manager.

Hỗ trợ thực hiện các báo cáo/ phân tích khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

Qualifications Bằng cấp

• A good university degree in a subject to Accounting/Finance, International Finance

Tốt nghiệp đại học loại giỏi chuyên ngành Kế toán/Tài chính, Tài chính quốc tế

Knowledge and skill set Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

• More than 2 year of experience in accounting/ insurance or reporting/data analytics

Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến tài chính/bảo hiểm nhân thọ hoặc báo cáo/xử lý dữ liệu

• Good command of written and spoken English

Có khả năng viết và nói tiếng Anh lưu loát

• Strong analytical skill and communication skill, team player, meticulous

Khả năng phân tích tốt, giao tiếp tốt, tinh thần làm việc nhóm, cẩn thận

• Knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, SunSystem is a plus.
