What will you be doing?

As our IFRS Manager, your day starts with strategizing for your team.

You work closely with clients from all industries and sizes to ensure accuracy, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and deliver the quality audit work that people can trust.

  • Lead the IFR Advisory team, optimizing work allocation and policies
  • Advise clients on complex accounting issues and IFRS conversions
  • Engage in business development, expanding our client base
  • Support audit partners with accounting advice and compliance reviews

You'll work closely with BDO Global, ensuring that our services are top-notch and aligned with global standards.

What do you bring to the table?

Your foundation:

  • Have 5+ years of IFRS experience, preferably in audit or financial reporting
  • Excel in IFRS technical skills; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
  • Can apply research effectively to client scenarios
  • Communicate clearly and present confidently
  • Are analytical, results-oriented, and capable of leading

Your personality:

  • Your communication skills are on point, allowing you to deliver your message to colleagues and clients
  • You adapt quickly to new challenges and client needs
  • You demonstrate flexibility and proactive thinking, always seeking solutions rather than just identifying problems
  • You have some people management experience and ambition to grow into senior leadership roles
