Chief Transformation Office (CTO) is responsible for implementing cross-divisional change in the form of new Business / entity setup, cost optimization, efficiency enhancement and process improvements. Team is responsible for running global change programs in the area of Global Markets, Operations, Finance, Asset Management, Risk and IT.

1.5 Role & Responsibilities

• Document booking models and back-to-back trade flows for ACM
• Coordinate with Middle Office/Operations to validate NGFP trade flows
• Manage end-to-end testing for NGFP implementation
• Track legal agreements (internal/external) for NGFP
• Build foundational knowledge of business processes and data flows
• Engage with project stakeholders across platforms
• Prepare and deliver timely program status reports for structured board reviews
• Maintain executive dashboards with project health indicators (RAG status)
• Consolidate cross-workstream updates for senior management transparency

Technical
