Job Description

Our client is an innovative business in the financial services market. Their wealth management expertise combines financial planning for business owners and individuals, investment strategies, retirement planning, pensions, inheritance tax and estate planning.

An exciting new role has arisen for an IFA administrator to join their team.

The company offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, where you will feel like an integral part of the team, with excellent potential for career development as well as ongoing training.

Administration skills, good communication, attention to detail and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing New Business applications
  • Submitting requests to pension providers
  • Chasing outstanding information
  • Updating systems with product information
  • Handling incoming post and documentation, including updating systems
  • Provide excellent customer service experience

Candidates must have strong administrative skills, with excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate with both internal teams and external clients and providers. · £21,000 Per Annum - £26,000 Per Annum (Negotiable if in a similar role)

  • 25 days holiday plus Birthday off
