IFA Administrator Exeter
Salary: Up to £32,000 per year

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established financial services team in Exeter. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term and rewarding career within the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will have at least one years experience working in a financial services environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Providing administrative support to advisers and clients
Liaising with clients, investment providers, and other third parties
Online processing of applications and investment account management
Handling general client queries in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met
Minimum 1 years experience in financial services, ideally within an IFA practice
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using IT systems and online platforms
