Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

As an IFA Administrator, you will be closely supporting their Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors to ensure clients receive an efficient and effective service. Typically, your duties will include preparing documentation; writing letters to clients; organising meetings; processing cases; chasing providers and third parties; keeping clients informed throughout the process. This role could also include elements of paraplanning duties, depending on the successful individual.

Full duties to be discussed at interview stage

Our client is open to individuals who are keen to progress their career towards paraplanning.

IFA Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience as an Administrator supporting Wealth Managers or Financial Advisors
  • You should have excellent attention to detail
