You will be aligned with our Functional and Process Excellence vertical and help us deliver data-driven reporting and visualization solutions for global clients. You will develop dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations that enable business stakeholders to make informed, timely decisions.
• Total 2-5 years of experience, 2Plus years in reporting and visualization roles.
• Proficiency in Looker, Power BI andor Tableau (dashboard creation, DAX, calculated fields).
• Advanced SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations, performance tuning).
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases.
What are we looking for? • Experience working with large datasets and automating reporting processes.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset.
• Good English communication and stakeholder-facing presentation skills.
• Bachelor s degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, Power BI or Tableau to visualize KPIs and business performance.
• Develop automated, scheduled reports that reduce manual effort and ensure consistent, reliable delivery of insights.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL for use in reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Prepare delivery and performance reports covering eligible audience, sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and other agreed KPIs.
• Monitor dashboard performance and data refresh cycles to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs and flag discrepancies proactively.
• Support ad-hoc data requests by querying databases and presenting results in a clear, accessible format.
• Create data visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and anomalies to non-technical audiences.
• Work alongside data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and resolve upstream data issues.
• Maintain documentation for all reports, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure knowledge continuity.Any Graduation
