To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IE/PP Specialist L2 in our plant in [[location]].

Tasks & Attributions :

• Plan and coordinate production changes, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal impact on production.
• Own and manage production data, prototypes, process documentation, and related technical information.
• Manage processes and ergonomics, including process optimization, workstation design, and improvement of working conditions.
• Coordinate and implement technical changes received from customers, ensuring alignment with production requirements.
• Lead design issue-solving activities and ensure compliance with specific customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Own the Industrial Engineering process, ensuring standards, procedures, and best practices are defined, maintained, and continuously improved.
• Own production process efficiency by monitoring cycle times, line capacity, productivity, and process performance.
• Lead capacity and production flow analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing actions to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Own and maintain standard work documentation, including work instructions, process sheets, operation standards, and process layouts.
• Lead time studies and work measurement activities to establish accurate standard times and optimize manpower requirements.
• Own line balancing activities and ensure optimal allocation of operations, resources, and manpower.
• Coordinate cross-functional problem-solving with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, R&D, and Engineering teams.
• Support investment and equipment justification, including ROI calculations, capacity studies, and technical specifications.

Qualifications :

• Level of studies: Master's or Engineering degree in industrial field ,
• Experience: Min 3 Years of experiences in the same position in industrial companies ,
• Office Tools : Strong command of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, SAP;
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English;
• Skills:
• Knowledge of manufacturing process;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation preparation and delivery skills
• Willingness to achieve results in a team environment;
