职位描述
工作职责： 1.负责产品标准工时的测定、制定与日常维护更新。 2.支援产能爬坡，识别生产过程中的时间损失与问题点，跟踪并汇报改善措施的落地情况。 3.开展现场改善活动，运用线平衡、流程分析等IE手法，优化人力配置与作业流程。 4.协助IE工程师及项目组推进精益改善项目，负责相关数据收集、现场跟进与执行支持。 5.参与新产品导入（NPI），协助完成线体布局规划、夹治具需求评估及人力测算。
职位要求
任职要求： 1.大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械、电子类相关专业。 2.具备1年以上3C或离散制造行业IE相关经验，熟悉SMT、组装、包装等工序者优先。 3.掌握标准工时测定、程序分析、线平衡等基础IE手法，能独立分析常见生产问题并提出改善建议。 4.了解新产品导入流程，具备消费电子行业精益生产或IE相关经验者优先。 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与一线员工及管理人员顺畅协作，团队意识强，能适应快节奏、多任务的生产环境。
