职位描述
1、负责标准工时的建立、维护与定期更新； 2、制定产品工艺流程，编制并优化SOP作业指导书； 3、根据PMC计划需求，评估人力、设备及治工具需求； 4、主导cost down专项改善，推动降本增效落地； 5、主导标准化线体的建立与推广； 6、负责成本核算与分析、生产计划跟踪及人员效率核算； 7、主导线体规划与厂房布局设计； 8、熟悉TPS、TPM、OPE、OEE、VSM及PDCA等精益工具与方法。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，工业工程相关专业； 2、具备精益生产管理相关实践经验； 3、能根据工艺流程编制SOP，独立完成标准工时的测量与计算； 4、具备产能评估能力，能持续改善生产效率，协助生产线解决现场问题； 5、熟悉IE七大手法、ECRS分析法及八大浪费等效率提升与成本降低方法； 6、熟练使用AutoCAD软件； 7、有新建厂房布局规划经验者优先。
