职位描述
1.负责电池工厂整体规划，包含产能规划、总平及厂房布局、产线Layout，动线规划、人力规划、投资规划、制造费用分析等全方面的规划设计工作； 2.负责电池工厂设计提资，推动项目落地，包含土建及机电设计提资、施工图审核、施工跟进、需求变更管理等工作； 3.负责对新工厂Capex、Opex进行分析及对标，持续优化，降低投资及运营成本； 4.负责新产线投产爬坡过程的OEE提升，制定标准产能、标准人力配置，分析评价制造效率，持续优化改善； 5.负责工厂规划设计标准化工作，提升规划设计效率；
职位要求
1.具有3年以上电池IE和工厂规划的实际工作经验； 2.熟练应用各类AI工具，具有使用AI工具解决实际工业问题的项目经验； 3.对电池工厂规划、工艺路线、物流设计、精益生产、成本管控、IE工具等方面有丰富的经验和深刻的认识； 4.对具有产线建模仿真能力者优先考虑； 5.具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，良好的组织能力和协作能力； 6.具备项目管理基础，能够独立推进多个任务并行； 7.具备良好的写作和表达能力，英语读写能力良好； 8.具备强烈的学习能力和创新思维。
