职位描述
适用场景： 负责锂电整线产能规划、Layout 规划、工序工时平衡、物流动线优化、设备节拍验证、量产效率提升，主导新产线从设备调试、工艺验证到量产稳定的全流程IE 改善，支撑新项目快速投产、达产、提效。 岗位职责 1.1 新产线规划与 Layout 布局 负责电芯产线整体 Layout 规划、动线规划、工位排布、区域划分； 制定人流、物流、洁净通道、安全通道规范，输出车间布局图、动线图； 配合厂房基建完成新产线提资事项，输出一图两表； 配合设备进场、就位、调试，核对设备布局合理性及维护空间、操作空间的预留。 1.2 产能规划与节拍平衡 根据目标产能拆解各工序标准工时、设备节拍及配置数量、人员配置、线体平衡率； 统计各设备 CT（Cycle Time），瓶颈识别与产线平衡分析，建立工序节拍基准台账，输出产能评估与优化方案 1.3 新线导入、调试、投产跟进 1.4 现场物流与动线优化
职位要求
学历专业：本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、智能制造、生产管理等相关专业优先。 工作经验：5-10 年锂电电芯行业 IE 工程师工作经验，熟悉圆柱/方形/软包电芯任意一种全制程生产工艺及产线运作模式。 专业技能：熟练掌握标准工时测算、线平衡分析、产线布局规划、精益改善等IE 核心工作方法；熟练使用 CAD 绘制产线布局图，精通 Office、Excel 数据统计分析、图表制作，能够独立输出各类改善报告。 综合素质：具备较强的现场问题分析与解决能力、逻辑思维清晰，数据敏感度高；擅长跨部门沟通协同，执行力强，能够承受量产阶段工作压力；严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的精益改善思维。
