As an Identity Security Engineer in our unit, you will be pivotal in safeguarding the security and integrity of our identities. Your appetite to learn about IAM, PAM and IGA solutions, coupled with a strong focus on cybersecurity best practices, will be essential in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures across our infrastructure. A keen interest in solutions to manage and protect identity following principles such as Zero Trust Architecture is crucial. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, proactively respond to emerging threats, and support both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic decision-making to shape the architecture and design of new security solutions.
  • Solution Deployment: Build and implement security solutions both on-premises and in the cloud using SaaS, IaaS, and other technologies.
  • Personal Development: Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, and proactively propose enhancement to existing security controls
  • Customer Support Deliver exceptional support to internal and external users, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor and Analyze Security Systems Continuously monitor security systems and applications to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Incident Response: Lead the investigation and response to security issues, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Security Assessments: Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Security Awareness: Promote security awareness across the organization through training and communication initiatives.
  • Collaboration Work closely with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Reporting Prepare and present regular reports on security status, incidents, and improvements to leadership management

Your profile:

  • Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or previous experience in this area.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, deploying, and securing systems in enterprise environments
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret security logs, traffic patterns, and system behavior to identify potential security incidents.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to details.
    Certification: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent are assets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in security principles such as IAM, PAM and Zero trust
  • Team Player Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English language
