We are looking for Identity Management Solution Architect to join an international agile scrum team in our Gigabit project- one of the biggest and most important projects in Deutsche Telekom Group.
The Gigabit Business Framework is a new way of serving our customers with completely re-designed processes to provide “Gigabit Connectivity”. We initiated a Digital Hub to foster new marketing and sales processes in order to win customers before rollout of the fibre infrastructure is carried out. This completely new business approach: allowing pre-sales activities, customer driven infrastructure rollout, real-time fulfillment in the case of connected homes and many more features are part of the product vision of so-called “Gigabit Business Framework (Gigabit Geschäftssystem)”. We work internationally with 49 teams on the customer journeys and release all our product increments immediately into production environment. Our agile mindset enables us to start with minimal viable products and improve them according to customers & internal feedback incrementally.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Plan and participate in the Elaboration of the Architectural Runway for a full E2E Identity Access Management Solution with the Solution and Domain/System Architects
• Establish and support definition of Non-functional Requirements and the Architecture Enablers for IAM and Identity Managemen to enable the Business Objectives in terms of T2M, Scalability and Business & Software Stability for Fibre Rollout
· Solution Design the IAM Solution (e.g. based on KC/RHSSO or similar ) and implement them in complex agile organizations.
• Lead the IAM Team as a Product Owner for the IAM Software Product and MicroSevices in Gigabit
• Foster Built-in Quality for the entire IAM Solution
• Contribute to the Definition, Design, Implementation, Rollout and the Governance of the Architecture Vision of F@ST and Gigabit Program
• Leading, Communicating and Driving actively the implementation of the IAM Architecture Vision in Alignement with different Stakeholders in the Program (Business Owners, SD; PM/PO, the Scrum Teams, STE/RTE, End Users; OPS )
• Defining and communicating the IAM Architecture Roadmap of Gigabit in alignment with the Identity Mgmt Architecture Vision of DT
• Giving the development scrum teams a clear Description of the IAM Architecture Requirements and communicating Best Parctices on how to proceed
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
• Identity- and Access Management Processes and Technologies; OIDC and oAuth
• Keycloak or similar product (e.g. auth0, Ping Identity, Azure AD, ADFS, Hydra, ForgeRock OpenAM); Kubernetes; Microservice Architecture;
• HELM Charts/Templates /HELMFILE
• GitLab
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Basic knowledge about AWS Elastic Kubernetes Services
• Kubernetes and Kubernetes Operators
• Network, DNS and Network Routing within Kubernetes
• Software-, Web Application and Network Security
• SAFE Agile Framework
