Your Role:

As an Identity Data Management Instructor - Senior, you’ll deliver dynamic training and innovative solutions to enhance IdDM capabilities across organizations. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge courses in all aspects of IdDM.
• Mentoring and advising future IdDM leaders, while connecting instructional material to real-world application.
• Supporting National, DoD, Component, and IC-level organizations with expertise in IdDM planning, development, and execution.
• Leading working groups to innovate, improve, and shape the future of IdDM training.

What You Bring to the Team:

• TS/SCI with CI Poly required.
• Education/Experience A Bachelor's Degree + 16 years of relevant experience OR 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Practical Expertise 6+ years of direct IdDM support, with advanced knowledge of IdDM planning, development, assessments, and life-cycle management.
• Leadership Skills Experience in mentoring, managing teams, and providing executive-level briefings.
• Certifications Graduate of the Advanced Planner’s Course and Due Diligence Course (or equivalent experience).
• Communication Pro Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Travel Ready Must have a valid US passport.
