Location: Landover, MD
Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI and CI Poly required
Type: Full-time (Pipeline)
Salary: $140,000 (anticipated for future openings)

What You’ll Do

As an Identity Management Instructor, you will:

  • Provide learning and performance solutions in all Identity Data Management (IdDM) disciplines, including course development/design, instructional delivery, mentorship, and advisory support.
  • Apply significant practical experience in IdDM to bridge instruction with real-world applications for students.
  • Support National, DoD, Component, or IC-level organizations with IdDM expertise.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and community outreach to maintain subject matter expertise and ensure the course's relevance and currency.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 11 years of experience, OR 15 years of experience instead of a degree.
  • 3+ years of direct IdDM support experience.

Preferred:

  • Graduate of the Advanced Planner’s Course and Due Diligence course or equivalent practical experience.
  • Instructor training or equivalent teaching experience.
  • Advanced familiarity with DoD IdDM fundamentals, missions, and functions.
  • Experience in IdDM acquisition processes, travel support, and travel risk management.
  • Experience with Signature Reduction, Cyber, Modernization, and Multi-Domain Environments.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid US Passport.

Desired:

  • 15+ years of total professional experience (Master’s degree counts as 6 years).
