What You'll do:
- Define and drive the organization's IAM (Identity and Access Management) strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business and technology teams.
- Design, implement, and manage identity services, directories, and authentication platforms that support secure and scalable access management.
- Lead the centralized integration of applications and systems within the IAM ecosystem, ensuring consistency, security, and operational efficiency.
-Implement and maintain modern authentication technologies, Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions, and scalable identity architectures.
- Continuously improve IAM processes and enhance the user access experience through automation and optimization initiatives.
- Manage application access controls and permissions, promoting automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance practices.
- Assess security requirements, identify risks related to user identities and access, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them.
-Monitor cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and IAM best practices to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Evaluate, test, and recommend IAM technologies and solutions that best align with business and security requirements.
- Support cybersecurity incident response activities involving identity, authentication, and access management when required.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and project deliverables related to IAM initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.-
Proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, cybersecurity practices, and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, authentication, authorization, access control, and security risk management.
- Experience with directory services, identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and IDaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, security controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex security and business requirements.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of planning and managing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for cybersecurity, continuous learning, and staying up to date with emerging IAM technologies and threats.
