Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end administration and troubleshooting of the Broadcom (CA) Identity Suite, ensuring seamless user provisioning across enterprise systems. Will manage JCS/CCS connectors, develop Policy Express workflows, and resolve complex integration issues to maintain a secure and compliant identity lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Work with various business and IT teams and define technical requirements for Broadcom Identity Management (CA IDM) and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented.
  • Develop / implement Identity Manager functionality to fulfill business requirements.
  • Specify guidelines and processes for integration, administration and maintenance of Identity Management tools. Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo.
  • Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of information security experience in identity management and recertification services.
  • Prior experience must include five (5) years of CA Identity Management (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration.
  • Development of workflows, custom connectors and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or equivalent technology; and Development experience using JAVA, Java Script, and XML.
  • Prior experience must also include four (4) years of experience with Linux and Windows platforms; and working with JBOSS, Apache, SUN LDAP and other supporting technologies.
  • Prior experience must also include three (3) years of experience with CA Governance Minder or equivalent recertification product experience.
