The organizational unit "Identity & Access Management" (IH-IMG3) is the central IAM authority for Volkswagen Financial Services AG and its subsidiaries. In this function, we define the IAM-specific guidelines and processes, develop them further and check their implementation in our companies. As 2nd line we act as the central interface to the 1st line areas in IT and the business departments.

This is your job:

• You are the "translator" of current legal requirements and support the embodiment of identity and access management requirements for FS companies. In doing so, you are looking for smart solutions being compliant on the one hand, as well as understandable and efficient on the other.
• Based on these specifications, you will support the definition of IAM guidelines and processes and their tool support while being creative and always looking for improvements.
• You as part of the IAM authority will check the implementation and compliance of these requirements in the FS companies through controls and audits. In doing so, you explain to those responsible what they are doing well and where there is potential for improvement and outline possible solutions. You will also prepare management reports and evidence for external audits.
• You will support FS companies needing help implementing the requirements with constructive advice and best practices. We want to offer our colleagues real added value.
• You will design national and international awareness measures on the topic of IAM, such as trainings, publications on the intranet, events, etc., and participate in their implementation with creative ideas and methods. In doing so, you always have a clear view that our range of information is appropriate and understandable to the target groups.
• You will moderate / advise national and international IAM communities and take up professional requirements.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem Themengebiet
• Expertenwissen in der Regulatorik für Finanzinstitute (MaRisk, DORA, ect.) und deren Umsetzung in complianten Geschäftsprozessen
• Eine überzeugende Beraterkompetenz für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen gepaart mit Kreativität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Pragmatismus
• Erfahrungen in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits ist wünschenswert
• Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Information Security Management, Risikomanagement und IT-Compliance
• Erfahrungen in der Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Use Cases
• Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem führenden IAM-Produkt wie One Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ oder OpenSource Lösungen.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
