The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Intern supports the Information Security and IT teams in managing user identities, access rights, and authentication services across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience with identity governance, cybersecurity operations, and compliance in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications
• Currently possess or pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, or SSO is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with user account provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning.
• Support access management activities, including security groups and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Participate in user access reviews and compliance-related audits.
• Assist with MFA enrollment, password resets, and account troubleshooting.
• Help document IAM processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform research and assist with IAM-related projects and reporting.
