Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with strong expertise in SailPoint solutions to design, implement, and optimize identity governance and administration processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ), and a solid understanding of user lifecycle management, automation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• 
  Automate identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes across user lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• 
  Integrate and manage data/workflows between ServiceNow and SailPoint platforms
• 
  Develop and maintain scalable, secure identity governance frameworks
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce access controls and compliance policies
• 
  Optimize and enhance cloud-based identity and security architectures

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• 
  Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management and provisioning automation
• 
  Experience integrating SailPoint with platforms like ServiceNow
• 
  Solid understanding of cloud identity, security principles, and best practices
• 
  Ability to work independently and drive IAM strategy and implementation

Preferred:

• 
  Experience in enterprise IAM transformations or large-scale implementations
• 
  Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, GDPR)
