Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for on-premise and cloud workloads
  • IAM & PAM Adoption: Support the onboarding and offboarding to organization’s IAM & PAM platforms and services, and enhance user experience through optimizing workflows and reduced onboarding timelines
  • Identify and recommend improvements in existing architecture to address evolving cybersecurity threats related to IAM (i.e., identities, accounts, authentication, authorization and entitlements)
  • Ensure IAM & PAM solution adherence to relevant and applicable regulations (i.e., MAS, FSRA, etc.) and maintain IAM & PAM policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
  • Support and drive IAM & PAM related audit, governance and regulatory activities
  • Perform IAM and PAM administration functions such as provisioning/deprovisioning of user access, implement IAM initiatives such as SSO and MFA, user administration on all applications, support adoption of cloud IAM best practices
  • Perform periodic access reviews and attestations
  • Adhere to change management process where applicable
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and configurations
  • Collaborate with other departments, IT teams and vendors to implement and manage IAM & PAM solutions
  • Drive and support IT projects within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles such as IAM Principles and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Basic Knowledge of: Identity and Access Management Concepts, Authentication and authorization protocols, Active Directory or LDAP Fundamentals.
  • Scripting skills: CLI, Powershell, Bash, etc
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and vendors to deliver quality and timely services and solutions
  • Adaptable who will stay current with rapidly evolving IAM & PAM technologies and best practices
  • Possess problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communicator who can explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
