Identity & Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst / IAM Specialist
Location
Luxembourg (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst / IAM Specialist to support the implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program as part of a Cyber Resilience initiative. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of IAM processes, governance, and access management controls.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of IGA workflows, including:
Access requests
Approvals
Provisioning and deprovisioning
Access recertification
Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external integrators to resolve project issues and remove blockers.
Test, validate, and document IAM processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and access management workflows.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to improve IAM adoption and user experience.
Define and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
Support the creation of IAM metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Contribute to governance activities related to Segregation of Duties (SoD), least privilege, and access reviews.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IAM Specialist within IAM/IGA projects.
Strong understanding of:
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Access recertification
Provisioning and deprovisioning
Hands-on experience with at least one IGA platform.
Knowledge of:
Active Directory
LDAP
Single Sign-On (SAML/OAuth)
Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling, user stories, and documentation.
Data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Soft Skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation quality.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Analysis, or a related field.

English: Professional proficiency (mandatory)
