The role and team:
Our Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Platform Team delivers a truly global Identity and Customer Identity (CIAM) service designed to provide exceptional value. We enable seamless, frictionless access while elevating security—empowering a more productive workforce, enhancing customer experiences, and accelerating stronger business outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Engineer to play a key role in integrating enterprise applications into our identity platforms, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID. You will collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure secure, seamless access for employees and customers.
Reporting to the Head of IDAM Platform (based in the U.K), you will develop and maintain identity and access solutions, support processes for people joining, changing roles, and leaving, and help design role-based access controls. Your work protects systems and data while improving the user experience and overall efficiency. You will also support ongoing improvements, assist with future planning, and ensure all work follows security and compliance requirements.
