Job Description
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding)
- Administer access controls, permissions, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Maintain and support directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory
- Manage cloud identity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Perform access reviews, certifications, and audits
- Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards
Automation & Scripting
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Visual Studio.
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- Integrate IAM systems with HR and enterprise applications
- Support workflow automation using tools like Microsoft Power Automate
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization
Networking Support
- Understand networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- Troubleshoot access issues related to network connectivity
- Collaborate with network teams to secure access to systems and applications
- Support secure remote access solutions
Microsoft Licensing Management
- Manage and optimize Microsoft licenses (M365, Azure subscriptions)
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements
- Monitor usage and recommend cost-optimization strategies
- Support licensing audits and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure subscription models
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
- 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with automation using PowerShell and Visual Studio
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (E3, E5, CSP, EA, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Jira, Okta, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
- Microsoft certifications (SC-300, AZ-104, MS-900)
- ITIL certification
