Job Description

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time IDD Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support functions in a friendly, positive, and professional manner for its Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program at its office in Covington, Kentucky. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and listening skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to various IDD Programs, including MPW, SCL, and HCB
• Assist with processing and tracking of required forms and documentation for the IDD Waiver and PDS programs
• Prepare monthly reports as needed
• Provide assistance in the scheduling, uploading, and preparing of all necessary assessments
