We are looking for a Data Governance Engineer (Informatica IDMC) to join our Data & Analytics team. You will support enterprise Data Governance initiatives, translating business needs into effective Informatica IDMC solutions and helping organizations improve data quality, transparency, ownership and trust through modern data management practices.

  • Career Level: Level 5 – Senior Team Member 1

Why join us?

  • Fair Evaluation (Korn Ferry): We don’t rely on subjective opinions. We use a global methodology that helps you understand your potential and develop accordingly.
  • Smart Working: We try to automate repetitive processes as much as possible using data analytics tools, so we can focus on the things that actually matter.

What will you actually do?

You will be responsible for implementing and supporting Data Governance capabilities on Informatica IDMC across Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Metadata Management and Data Quality, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

  • Business glossary, metadata & lineage: Build and maintain business glossaries, metadata repositories and data lineage views in Informatica IDMC; ensure definitions, relationships and lineage remain accurate and up to date.
  • Data quality rules & KPIs: Define, implement and monitor Data Quality rules, controls and KPIs for critical datasets, and support remediation of data quality issues with business and technical teams.
  • Critical Data Elements & stewardship: Assist Data Owners and Data Stewards in identifying, defining and managing Critical Data Elements (CDEs), including ownership, stewardship responsibilities and governance workflows.

  • Testing & validation: Define and execute test cases for data quality rules, catalog configurations, lineage and governance workflows, validating that solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

Additional responsibilities

  • User enablement & support: Support Data Owners, Stewards and data consumers in using the Data Catalog, business glossaries, lineage and data quality dashboards; provide guidance and best practices.
  • Documentation & standards: Document governance processes, data quality rule catalogs, metadata models and Informatica IDMC configurations to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Reporting & insights: Help prepare dashboards or reports on data governance and data quality KPIs, providing insight into data fitness for use and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance governance processes, tooling configurations and operating models based on usage patterns, feedback and emerging best practices.
