Job requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics, Polytechnics or Mathematics, with a focus on Accounting; part-qualified or completed ACCA is considered an advantage.
• 1–3 years of professional experience as a financial auditor within an audit firm, working with commercial and/or financial services clients.
• Good knowledge of Romanian GAAP and IFRS.
• Good understanding of the Romanian market and business environment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English and Romanian.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, eager to develop professionally and build a career in a collaborative and challenging environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in audit engagements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare accurate and timely audit documentation and working papers.
• Assist in identifying audit issues and communicate findings to senior team members.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain professional relationships with client representatives throughout the audit process.
• Contribute to the successful completion of audit engagements by meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and professional skills through on-the-job learning, training, and feedback.
