About the Role

As a Supply Chain Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365), you will play a vital role in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes within our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical specialists to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective D365 solutions. Your expertise will help enhance process efficiency across procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and sales operations, ensuring end-to-end supply chain performance, visibility, and control across our global organization.

Role and responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the D365 implementation lifecycle — including analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support.
• Take ownership of a functional workstream within global transformation projects, tracking deliverables and milestones.
• Support data migration, system integration, and testing activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and follow up within your workstream to ensure client and user satisfaction.
• Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional or process-related issues.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and operations teams to deliver a cohesive end-to-end business solution.

Qualifications and skills

• Strong functional expertise in D365 Supply Chain & Operations modules.
• Solid understanding of key business processes, including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Inventory and Warehouse Operations
  • Production and Planning
• A proactive team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330).
• Experience with global or multi-site ERP rollouts.
• Previous experience in Purchase & Planning, Production, or Warehouse operations.
