Sale supervisor will be responsible for revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing our sales teams potential, crafting sales plans and meeting the customers needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales operations of sales team.
• Develop relationships with designers, architects, developers, contractors, hospitality.
• Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
• Build and manage ID/LED pipeline.
• Forecast sale plans, reporting Moving Sale plans and project Win plans.
• Create and Implement strategies to sell ID products.
• Build new customer base to maximize sales.
• Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
• Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
• Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
• Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
